The five of us skipped school and work and set up camp in front of our TV. We laughed when Rick Warren said Malia and Sasha! so dramatically during his invocation, we cried when Barack took his oath, and we ate some delicious food (including this Obama ‘08 cake that I made for us). It felt like the start of something new. Three years later, we are all faithful to our President and believe in him and the good he is doing everyday—and I can’t wait to make another cake for his second Inauguration next year.
